Training

Our training empowers schools to build inclusive, relationship-centred environments where every child feels safe, valued, and ready to learn.
Grounded in trauma-informed and attachment-aware practice, our sessions explore how relationships, regulation, and belonging shape behaviour, wellbeing, and learning.
I deliver practical, research-based training that helps staff understand what drives behaviour, respond with empathy and consistency, and create systems that nurture safety, connection, and growth.
Research shows that trauma-informed, relational approaches lead to improved attendance, fewer behavioural incidents, stronger relationships, and better learning outcomes.
I also offer leadership training for SLTs — helping them embed these principles across whole-school culture through clear communication, healthy boundaries, and NLP-informed strategies that support staff wellbeing and inclusion.

Training Pricing:
£750 – Whole day + Travel
£350 – Half day or twilight + Travel

Every session is thoughtfully designed around your setting. It begins with a consultation call so I can get to know your children, your staff and what life is really like in school. The training is then shaped around your priorities; with practical ideas you can use straight away.

If you’re looking for longer programmes, whole-school development, MAT projects or a series of sessions, just get in touch and I’ll create tailored costings for you.

Supervision

Supervision is a reflective space to consider particular challenges based around children, colleagues or families. As the demands on school staff have increased, so has the need and requests for supervision within the education sector. We work with staff at all levels to support professional and personal development and wellbeing. Supervision can be 1:1 or group and has overwhelmingly positive benefits for individuals, teams and the wider school context. I am passionate about providing staff in the education sector with the same benefits of supervisory support as that received by our health and social care colleagues. I have developed a model of supervision that is bespoke to the education sector and I know I will bring huge benefits to your setting, as it already is doing in other settings.

Supervision Pricing:
£900 – Full year
Six half-termly sessions (1.5 hours each) offering consistent, reflective support across the year.
£175– Individual session (1.5 hours) + travel

Coaching

It’s a complex world we live in that makes many demands of us, particularly in education... sometimes you just need to step back, reconnect and reframe in order to thrive. Coaching is a space to consider particular challenges you face and will help you achieve those things that really matter to you, so that you are living your values, paying attention to your aspirations, and turning your dreams into realities. You will experience structured time to think, help to define and set goals and practical support to achieve them. Whilst paying attention to what is going on for you now, our focus will be on looking ahead and moving forward, realistically, practically and with aspiration. I will work through whatever is holding you back at this time and develop a plan to move you forward. Whatever is holding you back, change is possible, and you have the power to overcome it. I am trained in a range of solution focussed therapies designed to improve mental wellbeing, resilience and emotional intelligence.

Coaching Pricing:

Early Years Support:

I offer bespoke relational, regulation and neuroscience-informed training, supervision and mentoring for Early Years teams, leaders, teachers and teaching assistants. My work helps practitioners understand that behaviour is communication and to respond in ways that build safety, connection and inclusion—particularly for children with SEND and sensory processing disruption. I support settings to deepen practice around relationships and belonging, developing co-regulation and self-regulation, and understanding how bodily regulation and physical foundations for movement and learning support attention, engagement, handwriting and emotional regulation. I also focus on emotion coaching and on the power of language—helping adults use words that calm, guide and empower rather than escalate.

All services are tailored to your setting, combining practical strategies with reflective space so adults feel confident to meet the needs of every child—helping children feel settled in their bodies, secure in relationships and ready to learn. Pricing is responsive to your context so please get in touch to discuss your setting’s needs.
